August 2022, Liberty, N.Y. – Earlier this year, NY Governor Kathy Hochul announced a two-phase plan to allow qualified third parties to administer the commercial drivers’ license skills test. Rolling V Bus Corp was approved for the new program. Under the new regulations, Rolling V Bus Corp can now conduct commercial diver license (CDL) skills tests when such tests are needed for applicants to obtain a class A, B, or C license.
